Il Baita Clementi è un Hotel CONSIGLIATISSIMO!! Situato a pochi passi dal centro pedonale della cittadina di Bormio, al Baita Clementi ti sembra di stare come a casa! L'attenzione scrupolosa che l'intero staff (sotto lo sguardo attento del Direttore) riserva ai propri ospiti è eccezionale! Praticamente ti "coccolano" dal momento di arrivo al momento della partenza sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta! Nota a parte meritano: la pulizia maniacale delle camere e degli ambienti comuni! il comodissimo servizio navetta, sempre disponibile, da e per gli impianti di risalita (...e non solo)! sua maestà il ristorante, "ciliegina sulla torta", con il servizio in sala impeccabile ed il menu alla carta che propone ogni giorno una scelta ricca e variegata di piatti, tipici e non, per soddisfare tutti i palati anche i più esigenti! Probabilmente alcune stanze andrebbero rimodernate ma onestamente questa nota passa in secondo piano rispetto alle potenzialità che l'Hotel offre! Un solo consiglio mi sento di dare al Direttore: "squadra che vince non si cambia"! GRAZIE E COMPLIMENTI A TUTTI VOI! PS: Quando torneremo a Bormio non abbiamo dubbi su dove soggiornare!

Hotel carino, ma non vale le 4 stelle, luce in camera paragonabile ad una candela accesa, assente una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia, se la volevi dovevi prenderla dal frigo bar, tende che non coprono tutta la finestra, kit da bagno assente (forniscono solo dei fazzolettini e una cuffia per capelli) sarebbe stato molto gradito, prese a muro con la placchetta in alluminio stile anni 70. Per il testo spa ottima e altri servizi ottimi.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel per una settimana bianca a gennaio. La posizione dell’albergo è vicino al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Efficiente il servizio di navetta per e dagli impianti di risalita. Ottimi i servizi. Spa piccola ma accogliente e completa. Eccellente la cucina sia a colazione e soprattutto a cena. Mai assaggiato un gran bollito così prelibato. L’unico elemento da migliorare: servirebbe una ristrutturata alle camere, che risultano un po’ datate. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottimo il servizio offerto dalla struttura. Nota di merito alla ristorazione sia come staff che come varierà e qualità dei piatti proposti. Comodissimo il servizio navetta da/per le piste, incluso. Camere semplici, ma ampie e pulite. Non ho usufruito dall'area Benessere.

The hotel itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our entire stay was completely ruined by the unruly British groups who were also staying at the hotel. The constant noise, door slamming, screaming, and overall chaos made it impossible to relax, day or night. Despite reporting this to the reception, nothing meaningful was done to address the situation. The SPA, which was supposed to be a serene, adults-only space (with access for teens over 15), turned into a chaotic playground. Small children were everywhere, and at one point, a child even jumped onto my head in the jacuzzi. It was far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. To top it all off, dining at the hotel restaurant was a disappointment. We were charged an outrageous 16€ for a tiny slice of lasagna—completely overpriced and not worth it. I now feel like I need a holiday to recover from this holiday. Unfortunately, it’s highly unlikely we will ever return to this hotel.

Io e mio marito siamo appena rientrati dal weekend trascorso a Bormio. Era da molti anni che non ci andavamo e devo dire che l'ho trovata ancora più bella di come la ricordassi! Per il nostro fine settimana abbiamo scelto l'hotel Baita Clementi e non abbiamo sbagliato! L'hotel è vicinissimo al centro, molto grazioso, curato ed in tipico stile montagnino. La nostra camera era spaziosa, con parquet e legno ovunque, un bel balconcino con vista sulle montagne e cosa più importante molto pulita! La colazione é ricca nell'offerta, sia dolce che salata, con prodotti da forno fatti in casa e buoni come la torta di mele e la torta al grano saraceno. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo! Nella struttura sono ammessi anche gli amici a quattro zampe ed a proposito di ciò, un ringraziamento particolare va al proprietario, per la sua pazienza e disponibilità quando abbiamo avuto vicessotudini con il nostro cagnolone! Alla fine del soggiorno ci è stato consegnato anche un vaucher con un piccolo sconto sul prossimo soggiorno e siccome siamo stati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente! Maddalena
